Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Guadalajara to support Global Procurement & Supply Chain. You will analyze data and develop analytical solutions, driving cost and supply strategies for materials and pricing in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize costs, lead times, and efficiency, while leveraging Excel, SQL, and database skills to deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience in data analysis and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara, South. Reporting to the Director, Materials, Supply Chain Analyst role involves being responsible for data analysis and developing analytical solutions in the GPSC (Global Procurement & Supply Chain).

What a typical day looks like: Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations. Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer to use preferred suppliers. Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues. Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans. Manages component cost/price on a local, regional and global basis. Tracks materials financial performance, and initiate corrective actions when required. Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies. Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers. Develop an implement cost take down strategies. Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time and Electronic Data Interface penetration.

Experience We’re Looking to Add

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Field
• Intermediate level data and Analytics skills
• Basic Knowledge of database systems, SQL
• Working knowledge of Statistical Analysis and modeling
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication skills in English (spoken, written)
• Nice to have basic knowledge of managerial accounting and financial analysis
