Element Fleet Management in Mexico City is seeking an organized professional to support client files, renewals, and contract administration within a fast-growing fleet management team. You will update Salesforce records, monitor expiring lines, coordinate with account managers, and assist in the trucks flow and legal document handoffs.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in commercial or financial services industry.

Responsabilidades

Update client files and ensure information is current.
Manage opportunities created and tracked in Salesforce by the Account Manager or Sales Rep.
Monitor expiring lines and coordinate renewals with relevant teams.
AML – track expiration dates and trigger renewals on time.
Communicate with clients to request and consolidate renewal information.
Prepare documentation and approvals for handoffs.
Complete the checklist of legal documents and risk.
Follow up on trucks flow and vendor registration.
Assist with RB/RL approvals and legal amendments as needed.
