American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Collection Supervisor to lead reporting and analysis for the collections function. The role focuses on delivering timely financial information, developing KPIs, and collaborating with Distribution, Finance, and business lines to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory capacity within insurance collections, strong English proficiency, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
• At least 3 years as a Supervisor/Coordinator or similar in the insurance industry.
• Good knowledge in insurance Finance/Accounting and Collections processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop custom reports.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• English level knowledge: advanced.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• General understanding of accounts receivable and billing processing.
• Committed, organized and analytical.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting and Analysis: prepare regular reports on key operational metrics for senior management.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial information to corporate finance centers.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Finance, and Lines of Business for alignment.
• Lead and develop collections team, review open accounts and address delinquency.
• Design and deliver KPI reports on collections performance.
• Provide regular updates to Local Collections leader.
• Improve collections processes and solve complex issues with other departments.
