American International Group, a leading global insurer, seeks a Collection Supervisor to lead reporting and analysis of key operational metrics. You’ll collaborate with Distribution, Finance and business lines to improve collections performance and ensure timely financial reporting to the corporate center.

The role requires 3+ years in supervision in insurance, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and proven ability to develop teams and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and suitable experience in insurance finance/collections.
• At least 3 years as a Supervisor/Coordinator or similar in the insurance industry.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Proficient in Power BI, MS Office, advanced Excel and CRM software.
• Strong client relationships, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the collections team; review open accounts and drive performance.
• Design and deliver KPI dashboards; provide regular updates to Local Collections leader.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Finance and Lines of Business to align operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial information to corporate finance centers.
• Monitor aging, bad debt reserves and cash flow; improve processes for efficiency.
