American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional system solutions and ensure applications run reliably. You’ll work with Operations and IT to gather requirements, document processes, and drive automation initiatives across a global insurance environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SDLC and Agile, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science/engineering, or quantitative discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in financial services or technology companies preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a strong desire to learn about business and technology, business analysis and systems training.
• Understanding/knowledge of SDLC and knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Great team player with interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience documenting requirements and creating user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into functional system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and incident resolution.
• Maintain system stability and drive automation initiatives to boost productivity.
• Work with Operations and IT teams and stakeholders across the business.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and solution artifacts.
