PSC Industries in Mexico City (Polanco) is seeking a Collections Specialist — U.S. Collections (Advanced English) to manage a lead queue of U.S. accounts and negotiate payment plans.

You will handle calls, texts, and emails, resolve delinquencies, and ensure compliance with FDCPA while collaborating with the team to hit monthly KPIs. Role requires 1+ years of US collections experience in a call center, advanced English, and strong negotiation skills.

Collections Specialist — U.S. Collections (Advanced English) Polanco, Mexico City | Full-Time | $19,100 MXN/month + Uncapped Bonus | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST*

What You'll Do

• Own a lead queue of U.S. accounts to contact by phone, text, or email to set up payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements that get results while treating every customer with respect
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, using active listening and smart call control
• Respond to customer texts and emails with professionalism, speed, and flawless spelling and grammar
• Resolve problems and de-escalate conflicts like a pro
• Collaborate with a specialized, tight-knit collections team
• Meet — and beat — monthly collection goals and KPIs
• Work in full compliance with the FDCPA and all U.S. state and federal regulations

What You Bring

• Advanced English proficiency — strong, demonstrable speaking and writing skills (this role works exclusively with U.S. customers)
• 1+ years of U.S. market collections experience in a call center
• Experience with 1–365 day delinquent accounts and an understanding of charge-offs
• Proven ability to negotiate and collect on delinquent accounts* — this is the heart of the role
