Genpact, a global technology-driven services leader, is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant (Collections) to support cash flow and customer account management in our Shared Service Center. You will help ensure timely collections, accurate payments, and strong customer service while upholding operating excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; HS Diploma required
• Finance or accounting experience including internships
• Experience using MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Prioritizing and multi-tasking, working well under pressure with detail
• Advanced English level

Mansioni

• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
• Monitor account activity to identify trends and discrepancies
• Communicate with customers about billing, schedules, and status
• Maintain thorough account histories in company systems
• Review contracts and service records for payment terms
• Collaborate with field operations and Shared Service Center teams on collections strategies
• Participate in regular meetings to review status and next steps
• Investigate account variances and reconcile unapplied cash or misapplied payments
• Suggest improvements to AR processes and interdepartmental communication
