Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Credit and Collections or Accounts Receivable.
Strong knowledge of AR management, collections KPIs, and risk principles.
Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective collection activities and follow up with customers via phone and email.
Manage collection KPIs including DSO, Aging, and Past Due balances.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures.
Maintain strong and healthy business relationships with customers.
Upload invoices to portals and send invoices, supporting documentation, and reports.
Monitor and control the application of advance payments.
Prepare the monthly collections forecast.
