Job summary

Restaurante Domu Sushi Bar está buscando un Especialista Remoto en Experiencia del Cliente para unirse a su equipo de forma totalmente remota. Serás responsable de brindar soporte al cliente, resolver incidencias técnicas y asegurar una experiencia excepcional para usuarios en México.

Trabajarás de forma autónoma, gestionando tu tiempo y utilizando herramientas de CRM y sistemas de ticketing para mantener la satisfacción del cliente y promover mejoras en el producto.

Qualifications

• Experiencia comprobable en soporte al cliente remoto o customer success.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español; inglés deseable.
• Gran aptitud técnica y capacidad para aprender software y sistemas rápidamente.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar el tiempo en un entorno remoto.
• Pasión por la defensa del cliente y la resolución de problemas.
• Diploma de educación secundaria; preferible Licenciatura.
• Conexión a internet de alta velocidad confiable y espacio de trabajo tranquilo.
• Experiencia con CRM y sistemas de ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Proporcionar soporte al cliente vía chat, correo y videoconferencia.
• Solucionar problemas técnicos y guiar a los clientes hacia soluciones.
• Educar a los clientes sobre características, actualizaciones y buenas prácticas.
