Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide customers through adoption and transformation of Google Cloud products. You will lead strategic and technical aspects of Cloud engagements and coordinate with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.

SQL: This role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or related field, 5 years of customer-facing experience, and fluency in Spanish and English; cloud operations experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and defining timelines and milestones.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development across work streams.
• Develop relationships with executives to understand business needs and lead quarterly reviews.
