Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting - Global Network is seeking a Consultant/Manager-level professional to drive cloud contact center projects across marketing, commerce, and services. You will contribute to Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care initiatives, delivering transformation that reduces costs, boosts revenue, and improves customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly desirable.
• Availability to travel may be required.
• Advanced English and extensive experience in designing, architecting and delivering in Google Platform for Cloud Contact Center.
• Experience in AI chatbot/virtual assistant and digital roadmap integration with cloud contact centers.
• Experience in creating future-ready contact center strategies and transformation roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Cloud Contact Center implementation/optimization projects.
• Adapt methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Understand strategic direction and align team goals.
• Exercise judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex problems.
