Job summary

Google LLC is hiring a Technical Account Manager for Google Cloud Consulting (Spanish, English) in Mexico City. You will manage cloud transformation engagements, guiding customers through onboarding and cross-functional collaboration with leadership teams.

Preferred candidates bring cloud operations experience and strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English to support regional client relationships and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud support, escalation management, or cloud consulting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English to support client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop best practices and assets to scale adoption through partners and initiatives.
