Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to deploy, configure, and support hosted and customer-hosted payment device management solutions. You will work with customers and partners to ensure reliability, address complex issues, and optimize performance across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud administration, scripting for automation, and clear guidance to customers in English and Spanish. Strong collaboration with engineering and support teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based, hosted, and on‑premises enterprise applications across GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration and virtualization.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and troubleshooting connectivity.
• Familiarity with observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, XML, JSON, and configuration files.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hosted and on128premises solutions.
• Onboard customers, assist with bulk provisioning, and handle technical integrations.
• Troubleshoot servers, databases, networking, and cloud infra for reliability.
• Maintain databases and support SQL queries, scripting, and config files.
• Assist with logging/monitoring to identify root causes and improve performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to test solutions and address issues.
• Deliver technical demos, training, and guidance to customers and partners.
• Document solutions and generate reports for continuous improvement.
