Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Solution Architect to own the end-to-end technical vision for a unified global digital ecosystem, including loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations that unlock substantial value.

You will lead multi-geo engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads, mentor teams across regions, and collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders in a hybrid setup with occasional strategic travel for alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture with cloud-native microservices on AWS.
• Familiarity with Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways.
• Familiarity with Databricks data platform.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including OAuth and PCI-DSS.
• Ability to author SADs, high-level designs, and API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture unifying international markets.
• Evaluate technologies and design tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce.
• Write SADs, high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, milestones, and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and client stakeholders on architecture vs budget.
• Establish engineering governance and guardrails across squads.
• Drive technical implementation plans to realize business value.
• Mentor multi-geo engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams.
