Ingenico Group is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to deploy, configure, and maintain hosted and on-premise payment device management solutions. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure performance and reliability, while translating complex technical concepts into practical guidance.

The role blends hands-on cloud administration with software deployment and strong customer focus in a global payments environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting cloud-based, hosted, and on-premises enterprise apps and infra.
• Strong Linux/Windows Server administration and virtualization knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and networking basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations via REST, XML, JSON and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Support deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hosted and customer-hosted solutions.
• Assist customers with device onboarding, bulk provisioning, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot servers, databases, networking, and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability.
• Document solutions, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement.
