Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead in Infrastructure Services to drive cloud and on‑prem infrastructure operations. You will configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, and oversee AWS and Azure footprints including SQL Server deployments for Dynamics 365 reporting.

Expertise in patch management and server image creation is required. Role requires strong PowerShell scripting, English and Spanish proficiency, and willingness to participate in on‑call rotations for critical P1/P2 incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud and Microsoft platform administration (Azure and AWS).
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Exchange Online, Teams).
• Experience with Enterprise patch management (SCCM; NinjaOne/Intune).
• Windows Server and Linux administration proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and Co Pilot.
• Manage AWS (EC2, VPC, Route 53, RDS) and Azure infrastructures including SQL Server for Dynamics reporting.
• Maintain server images and perform platform patching and governance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
