Genpact is seeking a System Engineer - Azure Admin to oversee multi-cloud operations across Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure. You will manage domain controllers, app servers, SQL servers, and patching cycles, while splitting time between on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on Windows and Linux administration, PowerShell automation, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Strong preference for migration experience to Intune/Ninja and modern patching tools.

Formación

• 5–8 years of cloud and Microsoft platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with Azure and AWS.
• Strong M365 administration: Exchange Online, Teams, policy mgmt.

Responsabilidades

• Manage MS 365: Exchange Online, Teams, CoPilot; tenant config and health checks.
• Admin AWS footprint: Route 53, EC2, VPC, RDS; domain controllers and app servers.
• Manage Azure footprint: IaaS, Azure SQL, governance, patching.
• Build and maintain standardised server images; patching with SCCM, Ninja/Intune.
