We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to drive the design, automation, and management of Azure Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows. You will play a key role in improving deployment efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and implementing DevOps best practices. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering best practices and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment across environments.
• Architect and implement Azure Cloud-based solutions.
• Adopt automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Automate routine tasks and configuration management with Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Implement security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, network security, and compliance adherence.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance observability using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Optimize cloud costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and containerized workloads.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline automation, and best practices.
• Solid experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including RBAC, identity management, and cloud governance.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork.
