ISS Tech Team is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in Mexico. The role focuses on securing, scaling, and cost‑efficient operations, with automation and incident response as core responsibilities.

You will contribute to the transformation by enabling seamless cloud transitions for applications and services, using Azure IaaS/PaaS, Terraform or Bicep, and containerization knowledge. Strong scripting and Linux/Windows administration are valued.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on admin or deployment experience on Azure (IaaS or PaaS).
• Solid knowledge of IaC with Terraform or Bicep.
• Understanding of core networking concepts (DNS, NSG, vNets).
• Some scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash.
• Containerization knowledge (AKS) is a plus.
• Experience administering Windows and/or Linux systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cloud migration initiatives toward Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Handle cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
• Participate in cloud projects from design to operational readiness checks.
• Contribute to hosted applications lifecycle management.
