Rackspace Technology in Mexico City offers a leadership role steering Cloud Infrastructure Support teams delivering Day 2 managed services across major cloud platforms. You will lead 24x7 operations, coach engineers, and drive continuous improvement for customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with strong communication skills in English and Spanish, plus proven leadership and incident-management experience. Remote work from home is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, managed services, or tech support.
• 2+ years of people leadership managing technical teams.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; strong service delivery mindset.
• Experience handling customer escalations and operational performance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team delivering 24x7 public cloud support and ensure SLAs/SLOs are met.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop cloud staff while driving accountability.
• Oversee service delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction for managed cloud customers.
• Drive automation, improve runbooks, and reduce toil for scalable operations.
• Report on KPIs, CSAT, SLA attainment, and capacity planning.
