Nubank is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Global Office IT Physical Infra in Mexico City. You will set the standard for IT Room infrastructure, size environments, define specs, and coordinate vendors and build teams across multiple sites to ensure consistent, documented, and compliant installations.

You will lead multi-site deployments, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in HVAC, fiber, cabling, power distribution, UPS and fire safety—while

Formación

• Experience in deploying and operating infrastructure in corporate/offices or data centers.
• Hands-on with mission-critical infra systems: HVAC, cabling, fiber, power distribution, UPS, generators, fire safety.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline deployment projects.
• Vendor management across technical specs to acceptance.
• Clear technical documentation for standards and projects.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced English for international collaboration
• Proficiency with AutoCAD

Responsabilidades

• Assessing and sizing IT Rooms for expansion meeting capacity and standards.
• Executing deployment projects per specs and coordinating end-to-end logistics.
• Interface between internal teams and vendors; manage them to quality and deadlines.
• Coordinate build-out with construction/engineering teams to meet early-phase specs.
• Create and maintain current technical documentation and diagrams.
• Ensure alignment of physical infra with IT operations and cabling terminations.
• Drive improvements in availability and efficiency of IT Room infra (HVAC, cabling, fiber, power).
• Assess global portfolio and identify standardization opportunities across sites.
