• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, industrial services, or maintenance environments.
• Experience in commercial negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Ability to interpret contracts, commercial clauses, and legal terms.
• Knowledge of cost control, invoicing, and financial follow-up.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Job Requirements

Responsible for managing and overseeing industrial service and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial, financial, and contractual terms. The position requires constant communication with the customer regarding negotiations, follow-up on additional services, cost control, and resolution of operational and contractual matters.

This role requires close coordination with internal departments such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Legal, as well as the ability to interpret contracts, identify risks, and generate additional business opportunities related to the operation.

We are looking for a professional with experience in industrial environments, strong negotiation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage complex clients in dynamic environments.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
