Corning Incorporated is seeking a Senior Analyst – CLM to support our Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature platforms, including Icertis CLM and DocuSign. You will troubleshoot issues, manage service requests, and collaborate with users and IT teams to drive resolutions.

You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert as the CLM capability grows, contributing to both operational support and future enhancements across enterprise applications.

What is your role?

As a Senior Analyst – CLM, you will support Corning’s Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature platforms, including Icertis CLM and DocuSign. You will troubleshoot application issues, manage service requests, support configuration and deployments, and collaborate with users, technology teams, and external vendors to drive issues through resolution. As our CLM capability continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert on the applications and contribute to both operational support and future enhancements.

Major Responsibilities And Tasks Of The Position

• Manage application incidents, service requests, and support tickets, troubleshooting issues and driving them through resolution.
• Support Icertis CLM and DocuSign administration and configuration, including workflows, access, permissions, templates, metadata, and approval processes.
• Partner with business users, external vendors, and technology teams such as integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and other IT functions to resolve application issues.
• Support testing, releases, deployments, enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement of the CLM and eSignature environment.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, SaaS platforms, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience troubleshooting application issues, managing support tickets, and driving incidents or service requests through resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, external vendors, and multiple technology teams to solve problems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to develop subject matter expertise across enterprise applications and technologies.
• Fluent English required.

What would be a plus?

• Experience with Icertis CLM, DocuSign, or other Contract Lifecycle Management/eSignature platforms.
• Experience supporting SAP, Req-to-Pay, Procurement Technology, Legal Technology, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, metadata, permissions, roles, or approval routing.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience supporting multiple technologies or applications and working directly with software vendors.
