Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Data Team Lead to drive data management activities across studies, acting as a liaison to Project Leads and clients. You will develop study documentation, deliver training, and monitor metrics while guiding junior staff and contributing to forecasting and resourcing.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams in a global environment and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs, with occasional site travels as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in a related data management role or equivalent.
• Ability to apply knowledge within regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Direct data management activities for studies and act as liaison to Project Lead/clients.
• Develop and maintain data management documentation and deliverables.
• Provide study-specific training for data management staff.
• Produce status reports and monitor study metrics for management and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with project forecasting and resource planning.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
