Thermo Fisher Scientific, through its PPD unit, seeks a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead clinical management across studies, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will mentor teams, manage protocols, and coordinate with sponsors and sites to resolve issues.

This role requires strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful trial outcomes and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical management or equivalent.
• Equivalency may be considered with a mix of education and related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages clinical operations and quality for allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Leads team meetings and coordinates with project manager to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develops and implements clinical monitoring tools and documents (MAP, monitoring plan).
• Ensures timely archiving of study materials and regulatory documents.
• Communicates with study sites on protocol, CRF completion, and queries.
• Coordinates start-up activities and regulatory submissions as needed.
• Provides input for forecasting and budgeting of clinical activities.
