Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee complex, high-visibility clinical studies. You will lead the study from planning through delivery, ensuring data quality, on-time milestones, and adherence to contract scope, while maintaining profitability through effective resource management and collaboration with the project team.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines), and experience coordinating start-up activities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical trials or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to the Master Action Plan and Trial Master File content.
• Collaborate with project manager for client meetings, bid defenses, and hand-off meetings.
• Communicate timelines, resources and quality; monitor clinical activity and recover actions as needed.
• Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory submissions where appropriate.
• Provide input into forecast estimates for clinical activities.
