Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to manage data management activities on complex clinical studies. You will mentor staff, liaise with Project Leads and clients, and ensure timely, quality delivery within budget and timelines.

You’ll lead data management tasks, monitor study metrics, and contribute to risk management and study forecasting while upholding regulatory standards and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management for clinical studies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data management tasks for one or more studies.
• Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with Project Leads and clients regarding DM activities.
• Monitor study metrics and support risk management.
• Assist with project forecasting and budget oversight.
