You will train, resource, coach and manage staff while collaborating with leadership on resourcing.

The role involves overseeing induction, maintaining complete documentation, supporting project leads, delivering training on WPDs and SOPs, and ensuring quality audits.

Formación

• 5+ years in clinical operations with leadership responsibility.
• Experience supervising and developing clinical operations staff.
• Knowledge of SOPs/WPDs and ICH/GCP/FDA guidelines.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching, mentorship and direction to staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and career development discussions.
• Lead induction programs and maintain up-to-date staff records.
• Support project leads and allocate resources to optimize projects.
• Deliver training on WPDs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and participate in audits, QA and client reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning.
