Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. You will act as the primary sponsor contact and ensure escalation pathways are followed, coordinating with sponsors and vendors across regions.

You will manage vendor oversight, budgets, and study deliverables, requiring 8+ years in clinical trial project leadership, strong communication, and financial acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years’ experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in clinical trials.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in the conduct of clinical trials.
• Extensive vendor management experience across multiple vendor types.
• Supports budget planning and external spend for study execution.
• Collaborates with COM, COPL, Global Program Management, and Finance on budgets and enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally.
• Define responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads when needed.
• Be accountable for overall delivery of cross-functional projects (time, cost, quality).
• Demonstrate financial stewardship and manage budget to timelines.
• Establish and manage customer expectations for optimal delivery.
• Lead risk identification and issue resolution at project level.
• Ensure project team compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
