Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to manage data management activities across one or more projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will mentor junior staff, liaise with Project Lead and clients, produce status reports, and support resourcing and forecasting while upholding regulatory guidelines and data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• Equivalency may be a combination of education, training and/or directly related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Applies relevant components of the project protocol to daily tasks and guides others on application.
• Acts as interdepartmental and client liaison for all DM study activities.
• Produces project-specific status reports for management, Project Lead and/or clients on a regular basis.
• Monitors and analyzes study metrics and escalates per risk management processes.
• Participates in bid preparation and represents data management at bid defense meetings when required.
• Assists with project forecasting of hours and resource requirements.
• Oversees project budgets including potential out of scope work and Contract Modification involvement.
• Leads high volume/highly complex studies and delegates tasks to ensure timelines, quality and budget.
• Mentors junior staff on associated tasks within a study.
• Assists with administrative and financial oversight for allocated projects.
• Communicates with management regarding all data management activities within their studies.
