Job summary

Telepatia is seeking a physician fluent in clinical workflows to join as a Clinical AI Scientist. You will bridge medical practice and technology, working with product, engineering, and deployment teams to build AI healthcare solutions that doctors trust and rely on.

You will translate real-world clinical problems into AI models, validate with Latin American data, and serve as the clinical voice in feature development while running field pilots with hospitals and clinics to ensure medical

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; experience with physician workflows and clinical data.
• Strong communication skills with frontline doctors and engineers.
• Analytical mindset to interpret clinical data and metrics.
• Grit, ownership and adaptability in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical problems into actionable AI models.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and deployment teams.
• Represent clinical voice in feature development and tool creation.
• Run field pilots with doctors to gather feedback and refine AI products.
• Adapt protocols and templates to Mexican health regulations (GPC, NOMs).
• Support training, onboarding, and adoption for early users.
• Communicate clinical insights to cross-functional teams.
