Telepatia is recruiting for an Onboarding Specialist to work in Mexico hospitals and clinics alongside doctors, supporting the AI-assisted documentation workflow. You will mentor clinicians, ensure a smooth transition to Telepatia’s scribe tool, and drive adoption through hands-on guidance and proactive problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or early career in nursing, biomedical engineering, health administration, clinical research coordination or hospital operations.
• Strong communication and empathy with medical professionals.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Aufgaben

• Guide doctors during their first consultations with Telepatia's scribe, on site, specialty by specialty.
• Provide hands-on support to make the transition to AI-assisted documentation smooth.
• Monitor adoption metrics daily and act on them (e.g., consultations per doctor, drop-off rate, time to first success).
• Collect feedback and share insights with product, engineering and the Medicine team.
• Assist with patient consent and ensure compliance at every site.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and troubleshooting.
• Train new users on best practices to maximize note accuracy and speed.
