Position

Client Services Associate – Logistics

Compensation and Work

• Salary: Php 18,000 to Php25,000 (Fixed Dayshift)
• Type of Job: Calls and Emails
• Account: Local or Asian Account
• Company Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
• Work Location: Laguna
• Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only) – this is not shifting
• Work Set Up: Onsite in Laguna

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate
• Open to someone with work experience or no experience
• This is an urgent hiring: Heads required is 4
• Willing to undergo training
• Willing to work using emails and calls with customers
• This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management

Responsibilities

• Guide customer on how to place an order
• Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
• Answer customers via email, chat and phone calls
• Use Tagalog and English based on customer preferences
• Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
• Help customer place an order once decided
• Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
