Job summary

FLF is seeking a dedicated Claims Investigator to conduct thorough investigations for personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims, validating information and gathering critical evidence to support legal strategy.

You will collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and other professionals to identify inconsistencies, document findings, and strengthen litigation and settlement outcomes while maintaining compliant investigative practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims investigation or insurance investigations.
• Experience investigating personal injury or automobile/insurance claims.
• English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations involving personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims.
• Validate claimant information through interviews, documentation review, public records, and data verification.
• Identify inconsistencies, potential fraud indicators, and factual discrepancies that may affect claim outcomes.
• Develop investigative findings that support legal strategy and case evaluation.
• Prepare thorough, accurate investigative reports with supporting evidence.
• Maintain complete case documentation and present findings to attorneys and case managers.
