FLF in Guadalajara and Tijuana seeks an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property damage claims while coordinating with attorneys, insurance carriers, and clients throughout the process.

You will thoroughly investigate, value claims accurately, and negotiate settlements to maximize client recoveries while maintaining exceptional service and timely case progression.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years handling property damage claims or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of property insurance policies and claims workflows.
• Proven experience evaluating damages, preparing estimates, and negotiating settlements.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive investigations of vehicle and property damage claims.
• Assess causation, scope of damage, liability, and financial impact.
• Review repair estimates, photos, and documentation for accuracy.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to maximize recoveries.
• Coordinate with attorneys, carriers, and vendors to move claims forward.
