The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and is proficient in IAM concepts, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, facilitating meetings, and liaising with technical teams. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, and MFA.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IAM features.
• Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create user stories and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation.
