Aeroméxico is seeking a Head of the Aeroméxico Training Center to drive the evolution of our Technical University, strengthening academic quality and expanding strategic partnerships. You will develop innovative training solutions for Aeroméxico employees and external aviation customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial growth.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 10+ years leading a technical university, aviation academy or comparable educational institution.
- Experience managing P&L, budgeting and commercial performance.
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience in aviation, engineering, maintenance or technical education is highly desirable.

- Lead the evolution of Aeroméxico's Technical University to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
