Aeromexico in Mexico City is seeking a Junior Cabin Crew Instructor to move from the cabin to the classroom and shape the next generation of flight attendants. You will deliver formal training aligned with academic and regulatory standards, while supporting learners to achieve excellence in service and safety.

Ideal candidates are learning-focused, process-driven communicators with cabin experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to develop engaging instructional materials.

Formación

• Educational requirements: Technical degree or high school diploma with certificate.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; intermediate English proficiency.
• Flight Attendant License required.
• Operational experience as a Flight Attendant.
• Instructor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training programs (theoretical and practical) for cabin crew.
• Coordinate onboarding and on-the-job training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Aeromexico standards.
• Develop instructional materials and training content.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with training team to improve programs.
