Job summary

The Central Flow LATAM team seeks a Sr. Process Specialist to own strategy, mechanisms, and initiatives driving sustained CF performance in speed and delivery estimate accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reduction, or other benefits.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in lean or six sigma methodologies for operational, process, and performance improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning initiatives and Central Flow improvement tools.
• Support DEA and speed by rightsizing labor to close capacity risk before it becomes a delivery miss, and drive proactive labor management for rolled volume recovery.
• Design the governance model for shift labor levers, defining decision rights between Central Flow and the field.
• Implement automated reporting, real-time visibility, and model-driven mechanisms; document Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop trust-based relationships with Regional Directors, General Managers, Operations Managers, and partners across S&OP, AMZL and MM.
