Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for Central Flow to own capacity planning, with a focus on LATAM, balancing COH, throughput, and DEA. You will partner with Field Operations, S&OP, and senior leadership to drive labor strategies and standardized processes.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making and executive communication, ability to navigate ambiguity, and delivering structured business reviews with clear narratives to directors.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience understanding process flow and driving cost savings or inventory reduction.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning initiatives and Central Flow improvement tools.
• Support DEA and speed by proactively rightsizing labor to close capacity risk.
• Design governance model for shift labor levers with fast, auditable actions across two business lines.
• Implement automated reporting, real-time visibility, and SOP documentation.
• Develop trust-based relationships with Regional Directors, General Managers, Operations Managers, and partners.
