• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership or director-level responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and external agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, and vendors.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with executives, product, operations, and regional teams to align with global strategies.
