The Confidential client in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing organization, shaping brand development, customer acquisition, and commercial growth for the Mexican market.

Reporting to the Board, the role oversees integrated campaigns, agency partnerships, and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regulatory compliance within the fintech sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, creative vendors, and strategic marketing partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional teams to align with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable financial advertising regulations and industry standards.
