Azelis is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the profitable growth of the CASE & Industrial Specialties business in Mexico. You will define and execute the national commercial strategy, develop key accounts and identify new opportunities while leading a team of Technical Sales Executives across Mexico.
The role requires strong technical-commercial leadership, market knowledge in coatings, additives and plastics, and proven capabilities in business development and complex negotiations.

The role will also lead, coach and develop a team of Technical Sales Executives located across different regions of Mexico.
