Azelis is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Tlalnepantla, Mexico to perform QA department functions, provide operational and administrative support, and help maintain the Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities include issuing analytical certificates, updating HACCP and quality systems, supporting internal and external audits, registering and monitoring change controls, and ensuring compliance with NOMs, ISO, and FDA standards.

Formación

• Chemistry/biochemical/food/pharma related degree preferred.
• Experience in companies distributing or laboratory environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GSP, risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Issuance of analytical certificates and specification comparisons.
• Updating HACCP, Quality and Safety Management Systems and specs.
• Support in internal and external audits (customers, authorities, etc.)
• Registration and monitoring of change controls, corrective actions, KPIs, claims.
• Technical-documentary support for sales and warehouse.
• Regulations/standards review (NOMs, ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Inspection and release of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
• Promote quality and food safety culture among staff.

JOB SUMMARY

Perform Quality Assurance Department functions, operational and administrative support.

LOCATION

Tlalnepantla, Mexico.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issuance of analytical certificates, comparison of specifications.
• Updating HACCP system, Quality and Safety Management System and specifications.
• Support in internal and external audits (customers, authorities, etc.)
• Registration and monitoring of change controls, corrective actions, KPIs, claims, etc.
• Technical-documentary support for sales, warehouse, etc.
• Regulations/ standards review applicable to quality and safety (NOMs, ISO, FDA etc.)
• Inspection and raw materials release, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Promote a culture of quality and food safety to all personnel involved in the Integrated Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Chemical Engineer, Biochemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Biotechnology Engineer, Food Chemist, Biologist, Pharmacist. (Collage degree preferred)
• Previous experience in companies distributing or Industrial Laboratory, food or pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge at GMP, GDP, GSP, etc., Risk Management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical capabilities.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work independently.
