Uber Freight seeks a Carrier Manager to lead end-to-end Network RFPs, drive savings through market benchmarking and network analysis, and strategically select carriers to improve capacity and service levels.

You will publish carrier scorecards and service metrics, manage QBRs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support touchless execution initiatives including MacroPoint and EDI integrations, acting as a pivotal escalation point between operations and carriers.

Formación

• College degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer or related.
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient Spanish and English written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end representation and support for Network RFPs.
• Drive continuous savings via market benchmarking and network analysis.
• Strategic carrier selection for capacity solutions and service improvements.
• Publish and interpret carrier scorecards and service metrics.
• Coordinate carrier meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Support touchless execution initiatives with MacroPoint and EDI in operations.
• Serve as escalation point between operations and carriers.
