Uber Freight is seeking a Carrier Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Network RFPs and drive savings through benchmarking and network analysis. You will champion strategic carrier selection to enhance capacity and service, and serve as a key escalation point for operations.

You will publish carrier scorecards and manage QBRs, support touchless execution initiatives with MacroPoint and EDI, and partner with internal teams to improve efficiency and performance.

Formación

• College degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer or related.
• Excel proficiency with VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient Spanish and English written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Start to finish representation and support for Network RFP’s.
• Lead carrier improvement plan processes as required.
• Continuous savings initiatives through market benchmark and network analysis.
• Strategic carrier selection for capacity solutions and service improvements.
• Interpret and publish carrier scorecards and service metrics.
• Carriers meeting and QBR’s.
• Support on carriers’ touchless execution service through MacroPoint, EDI, etc.
• Act as an escalation point between operations and carriers.
