Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Experience with capital project management and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with OneStream, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial justifications for capital projects across the North America network.
• Track capital project spending, timing, and cost impact against plans, forecasts, and budget.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely capitalization of equipment in use.
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide regular financial progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate project financial risks and conduct business case analyses.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting controls, SOX compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to keep projects moving forward.
