Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Experience with capital project management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial justifications for capital projects across the North America network.
• Track capital project spending, timing, and cost impact against plans, forecasts, and budget.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely capitalization of equipment placed in use.
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide regular financial progress updates.
• Identify and evaluate project financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform studies and business case analyses for division management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting, internal control procedures, and SOX reporting requirements.
