Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to enhance AWS partner operations through clear insights and disciplined execution. You will translate sales data into actions, coordinate across teams on CRM and AWS ACE opportunity tracking, and support governance to strengthen outcomes.

You will analyze sales and operational metrics, track revenue and forecasting, and prepare executive-ready summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related area.
• 8+ years of IT sector experience.
• At least 3 years in lead/manager roles.
• 2+ years managing teams of 20+ people.
• Experience across 5 end-to-end project cycles or launching a product/feature.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AWS sales and operational metrics including CRM oversight and AWS ACE opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate with Operations to keep data reports aligned and accurate.
• Prepare financial summaries and executive-ready presentations for leadership.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Participate in partner strategy sessions and resource/risk evaluation.
• Identify workflow blockers and propose updates to streamline processes.
• Implement best practices and introduce automation for workflows.
