Monks is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join a fast-paced team delivering digital advertising assets for premier brands. You will craft platform projects and layouts across channels, collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality results.

Your portfolio should demonstrate expertise in Adobe, Figma, and Sketch, plus strong typography, storytelling, and communication skills to articulate concepts and drive designs from concept to final delivery.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience crafting digital designs and advertising materials.
• Portfolio showcases proficiency in Adobe, Figma and Sketch.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues worldwide.
• Experience across all stages of the design process from concept to final layouts.
• Balanced and beautiful layouts with attention to typography, interaction design and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Create platform projects and design digital marketing assets for various channels and brands.
• Push creative boundaries to meet and exceed standards across design, UI, and creativity.
• Help evolve the visual language of client brands.
• Set or safeguard predefined styles across projects as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas and problem solving across multiple projects.
• Propose styles, decks and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches.
